Stop eating food while watching TV

Food is a blessing.

Food has the ability to nourish your mind and body.

Food should be consumed with the attitude of gratitude. 

But, we have no clue what we are eating and how we are eating.

Even we are passing down the habit to kids as well.

You are what you eat. So when your food is made and consumed with love, gratitude, peace, your food will behave like that within your system.

Eating while watching tv or checking mobile leads to
-overeating
-poor digestion
-obesity
-stomach pains
-high cholesterol
-low metabolic rate
-blocks the satisfaction after eating a meal
-youngsters choose the wrong foods like junk food
