I have been following this for more than 15 years now, as long as I can remember.

And I do not drink tea or coffee before my breakfast.

I feel thirsty in the morning simply because I eat my dinner quite early.

Many people do not even feel like drinking or eating anything just because last night food is still sitting in the liver.

I feel fresh after drinking 1-2 glass of lemon water.
